White Wines listed from dry to sweet

Snus Hill White A crisp dry white wine, blended from American and French-American varieties. Try with lighter meats, fish, or pasta.

Boule de Poils A dry white wine reminiscent of sauvignon blanc. It's crisp, elegant and fresh with notable acidity that pairs well with a variety of foods including creamy sauces with garlic or Italian seasonings, fragrant salads like Caesar, Thai food, sushi and poultry. It's also great with appetizers like artichoke and veggie dishes.

Chardonel A cross between the Chardonnay grape and Seyval. Chardonel is a cold-hardy varietal suitable for the upper Midwest. Barrel fermented, this dry white wine has complex flavors, is light and crisp. Try with cheese, light meals and fish.

Whisker White A fun and playful light white wine. The aromas waft softly with hints of fruit and a touch of citrus across the palate. Great for that afternoon spent with friends or just relaxing on the front porch swing.

Edelweiss A delightful off dry white wine with floral aromas and a crisp backbone finish. Picked at the 2008 Mid-American Wine Competition as Best White Wine competing with over 620 entries from 112 wineries from 14 states. Spinna Made from the Seyval grape, a sweet fruity white wine perfect as a dessert or appertif. Made in an ice wine style.
